Cancellation Policy

Elska Photography Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Booking Policy: Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 calendar days before the wedding date. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. If you would like to pay in cash please contact us prior to booking. Consultation: A complimentary consultation is available to discuss your wedding photography needs and to clarify all details before booking. Please use "contact" menu to arrange a meeting or use an integrated chat button. Cancellation Policy: Client-Initiated Cancellation: More than 60 days before the wedding date: Clients may cancel their booking with no additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. 30-60 days before the wedding date: 50% of the remaining balance will be due upon cancellation. Less than 30 days before the wedding date: The full remaining balance will be due upon cancellation. Photographer-Initiated Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Elska Photography needs to cancel, a full refund including the deposit will be provided. Assistance in finding an alternative photographer will be offered. Waitlist Policy: Joining the Waitlist: If your desired date is unavailable, you can opt to join our waitlist. No deposit is required to join the waitlist. Notification: Should your desired date become available, we will notify you immediately. You will have 48 hours to confirm your booking with a signed contract and the required deposit. Priority: Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis from the waitlist. If multiple clients are interested in the same date, priority will be given based on the order in which they joined the waitlist. By booking with Elska Photography, you agree to these policies.
